Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) would like to announce to investors and public that The First Quarterly Report of FY2026 of PPWSA, to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) not later than May 15, 2026, will be postponed to July 15, 2026. The reason is PPWSA has recently selected an independent auditor to review and audit the financial statements for the 2026 financial period, which is why The First Quarterly Report for FY2026 has been delayed, as mentioned in the Press Release.
