Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (“PPWSA”) would like to announce to investors and public that According to Royal Decree No. នស/រកត/០៤២៦/៤៣៩, dated April 2, 2026, hereby commands the bestowing of the honorary title of Delegation of the Royal Government on His Excellency IN SAKAN, Director General of the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority, with a rank equivalent to Undersecretary of State, effective from the date of signature.
